New Additions for Fall 2017

HIGH POINT, FALL 2017 – Introduced at the April High Point Market, Currey’s lighting collection with legendary designer, Bunny Williams, was so well received that we are adding more designs to this beautiful, functional collection.

Inspiration for the Bunny Williams collection for Currey & Company comes from antique fixtures Bunny sourced for her design clients over many years.

The collection is bold in scale and makes a statement in its broad range of materials and styles. These designs are exclusive to Currey & Company and, like everything that Bunny does, reflect a sense of timelessness.

The Byron Chandelier
The Byron Chandelier has a Greek Key motif and dentil work that bring panache to the design. The fluid motion of the downward lines make this a graceful composition in wrought iron, wood and glass, the metal treated to a washed gold leaf finish. This symbol of classism with a modern attitude, which measures 24 ½” in diameter by 35 ½” tall, would have a certain Lord poet waxing poetic!

The Whitley Wall Sconce
Proving her flair for the dramatic in all the right ways, the Whitley Wall Sconce is embellished with a feathery apex on its thin arrow of a body. The two lights are lifted up by curling arms that could be fanciful horns. This fixture proves the designer’s talent at recognizing classical motifs that beg to be modernized.
